Why do we call facial exercises face-forming?
One of the most important features of body is face because it canâ??t be covered with clothes. So, to remain beautiful and young-looking everybody needs to take care of a face. Muscles of the face quickly lose their tone and elasticity so the face becomes wrinkled. To avoid that, there is a need to train muscles of the face, e.g. to make facial exercises. These exercises consist of different complexes intended to train muscles of face. For example, chin exercises, cheek exercises, etc. They help to keep muscles trained and therefore avoid double chin and fat cheeks. Also all these exercises can be extremely helpful to change the aspect of the face and keep smile perfectly pretty. You can even form face oval, thatâ??s why complexes of facial exercises, massage, self-massage, compresses and other measures are often called face-forming. All exercises of this type do not require lots of time, but they need to be performed accurately and they also should be repeated frequently.
